AFS announce the new Head of the Personalization and Printing Centre

In another step towards empowering its Business Development team, AFS has announced that Mr. A. Baset Abdulsamadas has been promoted to hold the position of new Head of the Personalization and Printing Center. A. Baset carries with him an affluent knowledge in the IT sector gained over his 21 year career.

AFS CEO Mr. Rasool Hujair congratulated Mr. A. Baset on his advancement explaining that, "In his role as the Head of the Personalization and Printing Center, Baset will work very closely with Technologies and Product Development teams to ensure that his team is in a position to meet Business Development targets. A. Baset’s track record, performance and experience make him an ideal fit for this position. I have the utmost confidence that he will display the same level of professionalism and achievement in his new station.”

Mr. Rasool Hujair emphasized “this appointment is another major step forward towards our overall revitalization plan and fulfilling our vision of becoming the region's most respected and trusted provider of electronic payments and consumer-finance outsourcing services."

A. Baset held a number of senior management positions with the company with an emphasis on computer operations, system programming and project management.

In his new position, Mr. A. Baset will be working on various projects with an emphasis on the EMV key project members.
